JKV strongly believes the shortage of existing quality workforce housing and prohibitive costs of building new supply at lower price points creates a significant long-term investment opportunity. JKV professionals have invested in over 10,000 single family rental homes throughout their careers and are currently investing in select US Markets. The focus on workforce housing seeks to address the persistent shortage and growing demand of these rental assets. JKV uses unique investment structures that drive higher current yields and tax efficiency while protecting downside risk. SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA VALUE-ADD RESIDENTIAL

JKV Capital’s value-add investment strategy targets distressed single and small footprint multi-family real estate opportunities within Southern California’s core markets. Investments are made primarily in short term low risk SFR opportunities where JKV adds immediate value. We concentrate on acquiring assets in the workforce starter home and first level ‘move-up’, typically purchased between $350k and $750K where JKV capitalizes on the market discrepancy between supply and demand. Southern California is among the largest housing markets in the US and suffers an acute shortage in these asset classes. All assets are purchased below replacement cost within high demand markets and outcomes are predicated on JKV’s superior internal analysis and operational proficiency. JKV adheres to a strict internal mandate which has consistently returned quarterly dividends that outpace peers.
